4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pak233 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5.1 All transactions on the pak233 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak233 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your pak233 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers via HBL and UBL are subject to standard inter-bank processing times.
5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Players from fraudulent redirection of funds.

5.7 pak233 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
5.8 Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player. pak233 will endeavour to display applicable third-party fees at the point of transaction.
6.1 pak233 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all pak233 bonuses:

8.1 All sports betting markets on pak233, including cricket, PSL, international fixtures, and UFC events, are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the sportsbook interface at the time of wagering.
8.2 Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the market being suspended for a live event. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, the accepted odds are locked for that wager.
8.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted at pak233's discretion. pak233 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of high volatility, system maintenance, or where the integrity of a market is in question.
8.4 Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after a bet has been placed, pak233 will apply the following settlement rules:

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak233 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pak233's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
14.5 pak233 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or network interruptions that affect your ability to access or use the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable connection before placing any wager.
15.1 pak233 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
15.2 The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak233 holds its international gaming licence.
